At Heart Stopper Ammunitions our goal is to try and provide a reasonably priced accurate handloaded cartridge. Every cartridge starts out as separate components. The shell is inspected for any imperfections before and after being cleaned in a wet tumbler with steel media. Each shell is trimmed to spec. Loads are tested before producing a mass amount of ammunition. Heart Stopper Ammunitions LLC wants you to have a reliably accurate shot, every time. The shipping cost will depend on where the product is shipped to. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Can ship to the lower 48 states. Shipping costs will differ so you will be charged after shipping rates are figured out via UPS. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Thank you. I am currently not subject to any restraining order 8. I have never been nor am I expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions of any kind 9. I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship 10. I am not an illegal or unlawful alien 11. I have never been nor am I expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor or felony crime of domestic violence Other Shipping Restrictions I understand that Heart Stopper Ammunitions LLC DOES not ship outside the continental United States. We do not ship to any other area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local law to ship product. I also understand that if I attempt to have product shipped to these restricted areas, my order will be cancelled, and I will be subject to paying a 10% cancellation fee. Orders Cancelled by Customers Once shipped, all orders are final.
